  • How can I book my suite?

    You can easily book your stay directly through our website. Our booking calendar shows real-time availability and the best rates.

    Why should I book directly through the website?

    Booking directly is simple, transparent, and ensures the best communication. Plus, you’ll find our latest offers and exclusive specials right here.

    Is there a minimum stay?

    Depending on the suite and the season, a minimum stay may apply. You will see the specific requirements for your chosen dates directly in the booking calendar.

    Can we book multiple suites as a group?

    Absolutely! Our suites are perfect for combined bookings – ideal for families or groups of friends. If you’re unsure which combination (e.g., booking the entire house in Wiesbaum) suits you best, just send us a message.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Your suite will be ready for you from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. To allow our team to prepare the suites perfectly for the next guests, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM.

    Is early check-in or late check-out available?

    If availability permits, we are happy to offer you more time. After booking, you will receive an email with a link to our Online Check-in, where you can easily request and book these options for a small flat fee.

    How does the check-in work?

    Check-in is flexible and contactless via our key boxes. You will receive your personal code via WhatsApp or SMS on the day of arrival as soon as your suite is ready.

    Can I charge my electric car on-site?

    Yes, we support your sustainable journey! Charging stations are available at our locations. Activation and billing are handled easily via the Monta App (currently €0.70/kWh).

    In the neighboring town of Hillesheim (approx. 5 minutes away by car), you will find everything you need for your daily essentials: a large REWE supermarket, Lidl, Netto, and Norma.

    Wolli's Arrival Tip: On your way to us, you will inevitably pass a well-stocked Penny supermarket. It is open extra late from Monday to Saturday until 10:00 PM (22:00) – perfect for a stress-free shopping stop right upon arrival!

    Are there any restaurants or shops directly in Loogh?

    Yes, you can simply leave your car parked! Just a few steps away from your suite is the well-known "Gröner Hof". There, a rustic farm shop awaits you with its own cheese products and beef products from their own slaughterhouse. You can also order selected drinks online from us and pick them up inhouse at the "Stall".

    Where can I get fresh bread rolls in the morning?

    You can get fresh Eifel bread rolls and baked goods either at the traditional whole-grain bakery directly in the neighboring village of Kerpen, or at the bakery branches (such as "Die Lohners") inside the supermarkets in nearby Hillesheim.

    Where are the nearest gas stations and pharmacies?

    Everything is compactly located in Hillesheim, just 5 minutes away. For a fuel stop, an ED gas station and a Raiffeisen gas station are available there. The Löwen-Apotheke in the center of Hillesheim provides quick medical help and advice. You will also find many medical practices there.

  • Do all suites have a private sauna?

    Yes, every suite features a private wellness area with its own sauna. Our SPA Suites also offer a private outdoor Jacuzzi. A special highlight is the infrared sauna with a panoramic glass front in the Tiny Spa Suite.

    Are towels, linens, and bathrobes provided?

    Definitely. Bed linens and towels are prepared for you. Additionally, sauna towels and slippers are provided in each sauna. Guests in our SPA Suites receive a complimentary bathrobe. For all other suites, you can rent a bathrobe for a service fee of €10 per stay.

    Is there a kitchen in the suite?

    Almost all suites feature a fully equipped kitchen for maximum independence. The Tiny Suite is designed as a cozy studio without a stove but offers a refrigerator, Nespresso machine, toaster, and kettle.

    Is Wi-Fi available?

    Yes, free guest Wi-Fi is available in all suites. We have optimized the range so you stay connected even in the outdoor areas near the charging stations and in the garden by the whirlpool.

  • How does waste separation work?

    We love the nature of the Vulkaneifel and want to protect it together with you. We strictly separate recyclables, glass, paper, and general waste. You will find a simple guide directly in your suite.

    Are pets allowed?

    This depends on the location: In Wiesbaum, dogs are very welcome. Our suites in Loogh are kept pet-free to ensure a worry-free stay for guests with allergies.

    Are children welcome?

    Of course! Our suites offer plenty of space for families. We are happy to provide baby cribs, high chairs, toys, and books. In winter, we even have sleds and snow sliders available for you.

    Can I light candles or use the grill?

    We want you to be cozy! We provide candles in the suites – we simply ask that you never leave them burning unattended for safety reasons. You don't have to miss out on grilling either: we provide modern electric grills. To protect our high-quality wooden terraces and for general safety, charcoal grilling and open fires are not permitted.

    Are social gatherings allowed?

    Certainly! We explicitly invite you to enjoy your time together – especially if you have booked multiple suites. A joyful reunion, deep conversations over a glass of wine on the balcony late into the night... that’s exactly what a relaxing getaway is about. We only ask for mutual consideration for other guests so that the special peace of the Eifel remains palpable for everyone. Classic "parties" or loud events are not permitted.

  • Are all costs included in the price?

    Yes, all mandatory costs are displayed transparently during the booking process.

    Which payment methods are accepted?

    You can conveniently pay via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

    Is a security deposit required?

    Yes, a security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card at the time of booking.

    What happens if I need to cancel?

    The cancellation terms depend on the rate you selected and will be clearly displayed before you finalize your booking. We generally recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

    Can I spontaneously extend my stay?

    If you’re enjoying your time and would like to stay longer, you can often book an extra night at attractive rates via the Online Check-in App (subject to availability).

  • What can I do in the area?

    The Vulkaneifel is a paradise for hiking and cycling. We have put together a selection of our favorite excursion tips on our website. A small petting zoo nearby is a highlight for our youngest guests.

    How far is the Nürburgring?

    The legendary race track can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.
